I can use the creative process to design products that will impact everyday life.
We were given the task to create playing card. We were told to pick two cards from the deck and pick one we wanted to use. I drew a queen and the Four of Diamonds. I chose the four of diamonds, because I thought it would be easier.
When I first got the paper I was having a hard time figuring out what to do I kept thinking about drawing actual diamonds, but wanted to do something that wasn’t so obvious, something that people would have to think about how it relates to the four of diamonds. Then I started thing about a baseball diamond and kind of took off with the baseball theme. Then I thought how it would be cool to do a black and white background, which would then make the red diamonds pop.
Overall I am pretty happy with how it turned out, but if I had to do it over again I would defiantly make it so my diamonds lined up. I would also make it so the baseball popped out more or that the background was darker.
